TekVision is a software development company that specializes in building contact center testing and monitoring applications. I wrote multiple user guides for TekVision’s top-selling products. These user guides were distributed to end customers to provide instruction and support on how to use the Lens and Action Center applications. Sparkroom is a software development company that produces a lead capture, routing, and reporting platform targeted to private education institutions for marketing and lead management. I wrote multiple online help systems for their software applications and maintained the documentation over several releases and iterations. Click here to see a writing sample.

Omniterm develops cinema management software with modules for Point of Sale, online ticketing, marketing, theatre management, and analytics. I wrote user guides for multiple modules of the platform and maintained these documents over numerous releases and iterations.

Rogers Communications is a leading telecommunications provider in the Canadian market. I created process mapping and analysis documentation for a complex, enterprise-wide Oracle Human Capital Management implementation. The risk assessment document I researched and wrote was used by the executive leadership to determine project risk mitigation processes.

Bell is a leading telecommunications provider in the Canadian market. For an enterprise-level Genesys contact center implementation, I wrote process maps, test cases, procedural documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, and an end-to-end test plan for the program.

Capital Paving is a civil contractor company specializing in asphalt production, road construction, underground utilities, concrete work, and aggregate supply and install. I worked on an RFP document for Capital’s bid to win a federal government contract.

Fowler Construction is a leading road-building, aggregate-producing and highway maintenance company that operates throughout central and northern Ontario. I worked on eight RFP documents for Fowler’s bids to win federal government winter road maintenance contracts, since 2017.

Enghouse Networks provides an intelligent routing platform to help contact centers handle network traffic more efficiently through scalability and routing optimization. I wrote multiple user guides, installation guides, release notes, and operation manuals for the platform. I also wrote marketing collatoral (brochures, white papers, web site content) as well as annual documents submitted to the federal government’s Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax incentive program.

407 ETR is the operator and manager of the 407 highway. I created various types of documentation which supported the delivery of a project that made 407 ETR systems and processes PCI compliant.


Before being sold to Infor, Workbrain was a leading workforce management software development company. I created user guides, installation guides, database documents, training manuals, release notes, and operation manuals for the multi-module workforce management platform.

Cube Route provides demand logistics services for transportation companies using a web-based logistics management platform. Manulife Financial is a multinational insurance company and financial services provider. I created various documents that supported the delivery of a digitization project which converted financial statements from print copies to HTML format via an online portal.

Connex Communications provides design, installation, and support services for contact center implementations. I worked on IVR design documentation and a knowledge transfer guide for a contact center implementation at United States Postal Service.
